Holly Cifonelli

Holly has been working with us since August of 2021. You’ll find Holly working as an office manager here at Climb and is often one of the first people you get to chat with and meet when you enter our facility. You will also find her on the rehab floor working with personal training clients. Holly is a certified personal trainer with her CrossFit Level One Training Certification. Holly graduated from Sauquoit Valley High School in 2021 and is now attending Utica University full time where she is studying to get her degree in biology and adolescent education. At school, she runs cross country as well as track and field. She has a passion for working out and enjoys sharing her love of movement with others. Aside from fitness and school, Holly likes to read, bake and spend time with her family, friends and Climb family! 

Sarah Stevener

Sarah is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and offers personal training at Climb Chiropractic. After competing in gymnastics throughout childhood and highschool, Sarah competed in collegiate diving at Utica College where she obtained a BS in Psychology & Childhood/Special Education. Sarah obtained a Master’s degree in education with SUNY Cortland and was a Special Education teacher at Deerfield Elementary for 7 years before making the transition to a “somewhat” stay at home Mom to her infant Santino. Sarah currently resides in Marcy and comes with a variety of experience in different sports type settings and has worked with individuals of all ages and capabilities. She enjoys participating in CrossFit Events, local running races and Spartan races with her husband Russ. Sarah currently mentors with ICAN and loves giving back to her community. In the past Sarah has coached CrossFit and offered personal training sessions. Her love of exercise and fitness has brought her back to her athletic roots and she has joined Cimb as a personal trainer to help others reach their unique fitness and health goals.

Alyssa Winberg

Alyssa Winberg is a full time student at Utica University currently working towards earning her doctorate in Physical Therapy. Alyssa has been with Climb Chiropractic since December 2021 and spends her time in the office managing the schedule, designing Climb apparel, marketing events, and most recently, developing the newest edition of the Climb Community Cookbook! Alyssa has three years of NCAA Division III experience competing for Utica University’s Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams, specializing in the 1K and 6K races. An avid runner herself, Alyssa enjoys racing all terrain, tempo runs and always getting coffee and a bagel after Sunday morning long runs. 

Tim Kane

Tim Kane

Tim completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training in December 2019. His classes emphasize the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind.

He is also an RRCA-certified run coach with over 40 experience on local roads and trails. He caught the distance bug as a track runner at MVCC under coach Dick Coleman. His first race was the Cazenovia 4th of July 10 miler followed a few days later by the inaugural Utica Boilermaker. He has run 53:15 for Boilermaker, 50:14 for Falling Leaves 14k, 15:54 Falling Leaves 5K, and 2:55:53 Mohawk Hudson Marathon. In 2021, he ran a 68:48 Boilermaker, good enough for 2nd in his Age Group. Tim is an active member of the Utica Roadrunners and has led their Boilermaker Training program. Tim has dabbled in bike racing and triathlons but his heart is in running. In addition, Tim is also an Adirondack 46er.
