Climb Chiropractic prides itself on offering the best quality conservative care for musculoskeletal complaints. Through multiple treatment offerings and modalities, we are able to establish thorough, individual and comprehensive treatment plans for acute and chronic pain management cases. We consider ourselves an “active care” facility, encouraging movement, exercise and lifestyle management to facilitate healing.

Our chiropractic services vary and each treatment session is tailored towards the individual patient. Services may include chiropractic adjustments, Activator technique, joint mobilization, myofascial release, stretching and therapeutic exercises.

We all have our own metaphorical “Climb” in our life journey and our goal is to help you reach the summit. Whether you are a competitive athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone who spends too much time at their desk, we have approaches to fit your needs.

Climb Yoga

Climb Yoga was created with the intention of providing clients a safe and familiar space where they can be guided through movement. We believe that education helps create a strong foundation. Our yogis are encouraged to find their individual set up and own “their” pose. We strongly feel that each body is unique and that there is not a “perfect” pose that we should all be in.

At times, especially following injuries, there can be a “distrust” in your body’s ability to safely move. Climb yoga wants to be part of rebuilding that trust. To help each individual build confidence, understanding and strength in their bodies ability to move. Whether you are a first time yogi or a seasoned yogi this class will deepen your understanding of postures and help you strengthen your physical practice. We would be honored to be a part of your yoga journey.

If you’re curious about the “style” of our offering, Climb yoga considers our classes to be a vinyasa flow and class is a 60 minute session.

Climb Core

When we say “core” what pops up in your mind? Do you immediately picture a six pack?

Well, we are here to educate you and tell you that your core is so much more than that. Our core is our entire trunk. Each movement we make, whether it is moving our arm, torso or leg, that movement incorporates our core. Each breath we take even asks our core to function properly.

This 6 week long program was created to retrain your understanding of your core. We have incorporated the necessary movements to improve your overall connection, mobility and stability to help you build a strong core.

Our program is 3 days per week and will take about 40 minutes to complete. This program is there for YOU and the goal is to provide you the building blocks you need to gain the stability and strength you are looking for.

Climb Strong

An object at rest, stays at rest. An object in motion, stays in motion. We’d like to influence as many people as possible to stay in motion. Strength is never a weakness. And strength ties directly into what we do here at Climb. Our goal is to help you pursue health and wellness directly in a safe and welcoming environment, and that goal includes getting stronger.

So we’ve developed Climb Strong w/ our personal trainers to offer both in person and virtual coaching.

Want to workout, but not sure what to do? Sick of getting injured in the gym and need a fresh take? Or, maybe you’re just looking for something new, or someone to hold you a little more accountable? Our talented team of trainers and coaches are here to provide you help along the way with effective, progressive and safe strength training sessions.

Remote/Virtual Training Options

Maybe you’re stuck in the same routine and want some more guidance on building strength and stamina. Or are you someone who built an awesome home gym during COVID who now has all this equipment that needs to be put to good use? That’s where we come in! We offer remote coaching at Climb through our EverFit App. You’ll be assigned a personal trainer from our staff at Climb to deliver you personalized workouts that can be done from whatever fitness setting you belong to, even if that’s your living room.

Once you’ve decided you want to join our remote training program, you’ll meet 1:1 with a trainer to talk about your goals and training preferences. We will perform an initial assessment and get you going with a training plan! The EverFit App has video demonstrations of all movements in your daily workout program and a chat feature to directly message your coach for continued feedback and guidance. If you’re local to our region, you will do an in-person session with your trainer every 4-6 weeks to continually assess your progress and keep moving you forward. If you’re not local to our region, a remote session can be conducted as well! At-Home & Virtual Training

Our virtual training programs are delivered through the Everfit app, giving you structure, accountability, and flexibility — all in one place.

You’ll receive

  • A training plan tailored to your goals
  • 2–5 programmed movement days per week (based on individual)

  • Direct communication and ongoing coaching support

With Everfit, you can complete your workouts at your convenience while still receiving expert guidance and accountability. Perfect for busy schedules, parents, travel, or anyone who prefers training from home without sacrificing structure or results.

 

At home sessions:

  • $60.00/month for 2-3 workouts scheduled per week. Number of sessions dependent on the client and goals.
  • $80.00/month for 4-5 workouts scheduled per week. Number of sessions dependent on the client and goals.
  • $100.00/month for 5-6 workouts scheduled per week. Number of sessions dependent on the client and goals.

In Office, performed with your coach of choice, in our office at Climb. Sessions can be scheduled for 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length.

For those who want hands-on guidance and real-time feedback, in-person sessions provide focused coaching and individualized attention.

Each session is personalized to your goals and built around proper mechanics, strength development, and sustainable progress. You’ll receive cueing, modifications, and progression tailored specifically to your body and your needs.
