Hey momma! Welcome to the club. Like many of us entering our pregnancy journey we aren’t quite sure what movements are safe for us to either start or continue doing. We took the guesswork out of it for you by creating a prenatal program to safely guide you through your pregnancy.

Our focus with this program is to help you maintain stability and strength. Our program helps you prepare for the changes that will happen in your body during your pregnancy. We believe that by creating a strong foundation during your pregnancy you will enter into your postpartum period feeling more confident in your ability to heal and care for your little one.

Postpartum

Are you newly postpartum or do you have a little one who is already running around at home? Wherever you are in your postpartum journey we are here to help. This program is designed to help you connect with your core and build a strong foundation so that you can return to all the normal daily activities that you enjoy or start something new!

Maybe you’re looking to get back into weight training or running. Perhaps you’d like to be able to lift your child without having pain. This program is tailored to meet you where you are and help you gain the confidence to safely and comfortably move.

Our main focus with this programming is to teach you about your core. To help you connect and improve your overall stability and strength. Your focus with this program is form. Quality movements over quantity is our motto! We want to empower you to own your ability to move!
