Stacey Kattato

Stacey Kattato

Stacey has always found joy in movement! Dancing from childhood through college, she received her BA in Performance Art with a concentration in Modern Dance from Russell Sage College.

Stacey has been practicing yoga casually since the 1990’s, but she discovered a deeper understanding and awareness with her friends at Universal Wellness. She received her CYT 200 from Universal in 2020.

In her free time, you can find her exploring the seasonal roads up north with her husband Fran and their 2 rescue doodles, Lucy and Charly. She is a sucker for a good marching band, a 70s song, and a visit with her sons:) Stacey loves to practice slow, subtle and intentional movement and to journey with folks as they do the same, hopefully allowing them to move away from chronic pain and fatigue.
